LAX - American Terminal - I’ve been listening to the drek they’ve been pumping throught the hi-hat speaker in the ceiling mounted transducers long enough (I’m suffering through Juice Newton right now) - it’s iPod time.

LAX - American Terminal - the MobileStar network is aparently not giving out IPs. I wonder if this has to do the the Boingo Wireless deployment. I really want to get my email, suck a few pages from the web and publish these last few posts.
Hermosa Beach is nice, had lots of fun out on the Pier last night. “Sharkey’s” is the hip place (on a Tuseday at least). “Good Stuff” on the Strand is my preferred breakfast resturant, I was only able to eat about half of the giant breakfast burrito they served up. It’s been very cold here (relativly speaking).
For the caffiene addicts out there, the Hustler store on Sunset, much to my surprise, actually pulls a very good shot of espresso. The barrista and the surroundings are easy on the eyes as well. I wish I could say the same thing about the coffee kiosk that was located between Halls B and E at the Anaheim Convention Center - the shots were horrible.
Well, NAMM is over. We just finished packing up the products and they’ll be on their way to Samson later today. Lots of NAMM stuff to discuss in another post later.
Well, it looks like Apple will not have a booth at NAMM this year. That’s a real shame, they dominate the Pro Audio market and should work to keep it rather than rest on their laruels. We had the privledge of being 30 feet from the Apple booth at winter NAMM last year. There are however, a lot of Cinema Displays in Hall E though. I’ll have to vist the booths over there tomorow when we’re all open for business.
