WOW, I just realized that I missed this blog’s 1st aniversary on Feb. 6th. Oh well, I guess I’ll have to find a different lame excuse to break out the Veuve Clicquot.

Epson Print Drivers Slow Down Illustrator 10 on OS X

I went to Seybold today, at the Adobe booth I found out why Illustrator 10 is agonizingly slow in Mac OS 9 - because I have Epson printer drivers installed that’s why!. Aparently they’re aware of the problem and working on a fix. So if you want to use Illustrator 10 is Mac OS 9, you’ll need to re-boot with the epson printer drivers disabled, of course if you need to print from AI 10, you’re SOL.
