I couldn’t agree more. I switched my domain over to Dotster last week. In a nutshell — we basically pay these guys (NetSol/Verisign) for horrible customer serivce and no protection of the property we purchased from them. I knew that the k10k guys lost their .com, but the hoopla.com thing really is upsetting.
