Bella is recovering nicely

Thankfully, Bella is recovering from emergency surgery late last night. She was suffering from pyometra. The sugery while serious, if done carefully in a timely fasion is usually very successful. But combined with her congential heart condition, there was a very good chance that she might not have made it at all. Right now, she’s sleeping at my feet getting her much needed rest. This will be a quiet weekend.

Chunking away

I’ve been enjoying my Modulus Blackknife since it’s been back from the shop and now that my Classic 20 is running again I can practice in the tube warmth I was once accoustomed to. Which is true until you hear Tech 21’s Trademark 10, completely solid state — this puppy does not have a bad sound. I’ve got one of these on my wish list.
