I woke up on Saturday morning with a muscle spasm in my neck. Ibuprofin, ice and time have made it almost bearable to turn my head now.I’m considering trying accupuncture tomorrow.

This used to happend to me frequenty before I started sleeping with only one pillow, If I forget and accidently sleep with two, I get neck pain.
